Ingredients
4 bananas
1 cup (250 mL) vanilla Greek yogurt
1 1/3 cups (325 mL) sliced strawberries
1/2 cup (125 mL) granola
1/4 cup (60 mL) toasted desiccated unsweetened coconut
1/4 cup (60 mL) honey
Preparation
- Split each banana lengthwise and place in serving dish.
- Top with dollops of yogurt.
- Sprinkle with strawberries, granola and coconut.
- Drizzle honey over top.
For added indulgence, sprinkle with dark chocolate chips or drizzle with caramel.
